Thank you for your interest in The Bizarre Bazaar shows held in Richmond, Virginia. The Spring Market takes place the second weekend in April and The Christmas Collection takes place the first weekend in December. This information will provide you with details regarding booth fees, dates, rules of participation, and demographic information about our show.

Initially, we would like to jury your booth with information that you provide about your business, photographs of your product line(s) and booth set-up photos; this ensures that your business fits the format of our shows and that your participation would be a fun and profitable experience.

The Bizarre Bazaar’s mission is two-fold; our first objective is to bring high quality, unique product lines to the Richmond market, to provide a springboard for cottage industries, talented crafts persons and artists, small businesses and new and unique boutiques. Our second objective is to partner with various local non-profit organizations to raise awareness for their causes. We strive to make our shows a marketplace for unusual and upscale gifts, decorative accessories, gourmet foods, fine art and upscale crafts. We look for exhibitors that compliment this mission.

APPLICATION TO THE BIZARRE BAZAAR SHOWS: To apply, please submit the application along with photographs of inventory, booth set-up picture(s) and a resume of shows. There is no application fee. The primary purpose of the jury process is to ensure that your booth fits the format of The Bizarre Bazaar shows, and that we do not have too many vendors already selling similar products lines.

You are welcome to submit your application via our online submission form (below), by downloadable PDF (also below, please email to info@thebizarrebazaar.com), or by printing the PDF of the application and mailing it to our office. If mailing, please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return your materials. Please include the following: Application, Resume of Shows, Photos of Inventory and Booth if available, and a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope ($0.60) if mailing.

EXCLUSIVE EXHIBITOR CLAUSE: The Bizarre Bazaar exhibitors are chosen for uniqueness, quality and diversity of merchandise. Accordingly, it is the policy of The Bizarre Bazaar to only accept vendors with limited exposure in the Richmond marketplace. The Bizarre Bazaar will not therefore accept exhibitors that have exhibited in any ticketed shows similar in scale to The Bizarre Bazaar within the Richmond area (45 miles) during the year or accept vendors that have participated in a show within 100 miles of Richmond forty-five days prior to The Christmas Collection or Spring Market shows. The Bizarre Bazaar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dismiss from the show any exhibitors who violate this policy at any time, with forfeiture of all booth fees and/or disqualification from future participation in The Bizarre Bazaar shows. Any questions arising from this stated unilateral policy should be discussed with the director, Eliza Siegel Branch prior to final acceptance. This policy is very important to the show and is enforced.

After the jury reviews your application, we will contact you via email regarding your acceptance. If you are accepted, we will include contracts for one or both shows. We cannot hold booth spaces until the contract is returned to us with a deposit of $100 per booth space requested.
