The Bizarre Bazaar® shows are juried events.  In order to apply to our shows, please send photographs  or brochures of the inventory you wish to sell along with a photo of your booth set-up at a previous show. Please also enclose a resume of shows and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return your photos and materials.

We strive to make our shows a marketplace for unusual and upscale gifts, decorative accessories, gourmet foods, fine art and upscale crafts and we look for exhibitors that compliment this mission.  We jury our applications based on a number of criteria, we strive to make sure that we do not have too many vendors selling similar items in a given category, so your booth would fit into the show format and most importantly that your participation would be a fun and profitable experience.

After the jury reviews your line, we will contact you by mail regarding your acceptance.  If you are accepted, we will also enclose contracts for THE BIZARRE BAZAAR® Shows.  In order to reserve a space for the shows you must then return this contract signed along with a deposit for $100.00.  We will NOT hold any booths for you until these two items are received.



The Bizarre Bazaar® exhibitors are chosen for uniqueness, high quality and diversity of merchandise.  Accordingly, it is the policy of The Bizarre Bazaar® to only accept exhibitors with limited prior exposure in the Richmond area.  The Bizarre Bazaar® will not, therefore, accept any exhibitors that have participated in any shows in the Richmond Area during the year or accept vendors that have participated in shows within 100 miles of the Richmond area  prior to The Christmas Collection.  The Bizarre Bazaar® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dismiss from the show any Exhibitors who violate this unilateral policy, at any time with forfeiture of all booth fees and/or disqualification from future participation in The Bizarre Bazaar® shows. Any problems or questions arising from this stated unilateral policy should be discussed with the director, Alice H. Siegel prior to final acceptance.  This policy of exclusive exhibitors is very important to the show and is enforced.

How to Apply to The Bizarre Bazaar shows

  • Print out an application
  • Fill out the application – do not send any money with your application
  • Include with the application the following:
    • A resume of shows that you have participated in
    • Photos or brochure of your Inventory
    • Photos or brochure of your booth set-up
    • Self addressed, stamped envelope so we can return your items to you
  • Sell it! Sell it! Sell it!  Show us what makes your booth and product so great!
