Application
The Bizarre Bazaar® shows are juried events. In order to apply to our shows, please send photographs, slides or brochures of the inventory you wish to sell along with a photo of your booth set-up at a previous show. Please also enclose a resume of shows and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to return your photos and materials.
We strive to make our shows a marketplace for unusual and upscale gifts, decorative accessories, gourmet foods, fine art and upscale crafts and we look for exhibitors that compliment this mission. We jury our applications based on a number of criteria, we strive to make sure that we do not have too many vendors selling similar items in a given category, you’re your booth would fit into the show format and most importantly that your participation would be a fun and profitable experience.
After the jury reviews your line, we will contact you by mail regarding your acceptance. If you are accepted, we will also enclose contracts for THE BIZARRE BAZAAR® Shows. In order to reserve a space for the shows you must then return this contract signed along with a deposit for $100.00. We will NOT hold any booths for you until these two items are received.
EXCLUSIVE EXHIBITOR CLAUSE
THE BIZARRE BAZAAR® shows promote unique offerings of quality, talent and diverse merchandise. We advertise these shows as having unique & exclusive exhibitors who have a limited exposure in the Richmond area. We have found that booth sales & show attendance are greatly reduced if the exhibitors have a constant exposure in a “show marketplace”. We therefore expect accepted booths to limit their exposure in the Richmond area to The Bizarre Bazaar® Shows. Participation in multiple Richmond Shows will result in forfeiture of all booth rental fees paid to The Bizarre Bazaar® Shows and in future participation in The Bizarre Bazaar® Shows.  Any problems or questions arising from this stated booth acceptance policy should be discussed with the director, Alice H. Siegel prior to signing the contract and final acceptance. All exhibitors who wish to participate in The Bizarre Bazaar® Shows must sign this contract. This policy of exclusive exhibitors is very important to the show and is enforced.
