Christmas Collection

Christmas Collection
Since 1975, The Christmas Collection has been providing customers with a unique and exciting holiday marketplace.  The show is always held on the first weekend of December every year.  The show has a well-established and enthusiastic clientele with an attendance last year of over 30,000.

There are over 475 dynamic exhibitors filling four contiguous exhibition buildings at the Richmond Raceway Complex.  This facility is located in an historic 315-acre site and is a very popular venue due to its close proximity to interstate highways and most importantly its acres and acres of convenient free parking.

The shows layout features a Boutiques Section, including returning exhibitors in the first building, Artist and Crafters in the second building, a mixture of new and returning exhibitors in the third building and “New Resources” featuring new exhibitors in the fourth building.  Talented musicians play music in each of the buildings and there is a beautifully decorated Café that provides a pleasant place to grab a bite to eat or just rest your feet after some serious shopping.

This year The Bizarre Bazaar’s Christmas Collection will again host a opening night preview party to benefit VCU’s Massey Cancer Center.  The 8th Annual “Shopping Spree” will be held on December 1st, 2010.  This event offers a preview for shoppers with a catered reception and exciting raffle prizes.  Join the fun and holiday spirit while supporting the fight against cancer!

“In the spirit of the holidays, there’s no greater gift than hope for people with cancer. We are indebted to the The Bizarre Bazaar for its generous partnership, and to the volunteers, SunTrust, donors, vendors and loyal shoppers who make hope possible by supporting cancer research at Massey.”
